Coordinated Entry System

If you are in need of immediate shelter please call 3-1-1.

The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects people who are experiencing homelessness to housing opportunities in Chicago. The CES uses a standardized housing assessment to understand the needs of households and follows a prioritization plan to refer youth, individuals, and families to housing. The assessment is available to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, familial status, disability, actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identify, or marital status.

Questions? Contact the Coordinated Entry System team at ces@chicagococ.org or leave a voicemail at 872.296.5004.
