If you have a question about the Coordinated Entry System that is not answered here, please email the Coordinated Entry Team at ces@chicagococ.org or leave a voicemail at 872.296.5004.

HOUSING ASSESSMENTS: Anyone sleeping in a shelter, outside, in a vehicle, or any place not meant for human habitation can complete a housing assessment by going to an In Person Access Point or calling the Coordinated Entry Call Center (Monday Friday from 8AM – 4PM) at 312.361.1707. Please note, this may or may not lead to a housing option and does not solve your immediate housing crisis.
