Updated Coordinated Entry Policy & Prioritization Plan
The Coordinated Entry Leadership Team has approved a new Coordinated Entry Policy and an updated Prioritization Plan. The Coordinated Entry Policy includes expectations for programs participating in Chicago’s Coordinated Entry System, while the Prioritization Plan impacts how participants will be prioritized for limited CoC housing resources. The Coordinated Entry team is working to implement these changes, drawing on feedback from service providers, people with lived experience, and other system partners. Coordinated Entry Data Reports
The Coordinated Entry Quarterly Data Report for the second quarter of 2026 (April-June) is available for review. Please find the report here.
This report includes data from the general Coordinated Entry System (CES), as well as the CES serving survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, and stalking (DVHT). The report includes data regarding households assessed, referred to housing, and housed, through both systems.
