All Chicago, on behalf of the Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC), is seeking proposals from qualified financial advisory, nonprofit consulting, and accounting firms to support a system-wide Financial Health Initiative. The selected consultant will conduct financial health assessments for approximately 34 CoC-funded agencies, develop individualized reports and recommendations, provide financial coaching and technical assistance, and produce a portfolio-level analysis of the CoC’s provider network. This initiative is intended to help organizations identify challenges early, strengthen financial sustainability, and build resilience in a rapidly changing funding environment. The CoC is seeking a partner that can combine financial expertise with a supportive approach that fosters trust, organizational learning, and long-term system stability.
