HMIS Data Reports

System Goals Report

The System Goals Report is a quarterly series of reports that share progress towards the Chicago Continuum of Care’s (CoC) five System Goals:

  • Reduce the number of persons experiencing homelessness
  • Reduce the time persons experience homelessness
  • Projects committed to using Chicago’s Coordinated Entry system will solely rely on it to fill vacant units
  • Increase income among adults experiencing homelessness
  • Increase the number of persons who exit street homelessness to enter sheltered destinations

Housing Inventory Count Highlights

The Housing Inventory Count (HIC) is an annual count of beds dedicated to serving people experiencing homelessness in a Continuum of Care (CoC). Each year, All Chicago, as the HMIS lead, submits the count to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and shares a HIC Highlights briefing with the Chicago CoC.
