Virtual Coordinated Entry Feedback Session

All Chicago’s Coordinated Entry Team will be hosting two more feedback sessions before the end of the year as an opportunity for service providers and people with lived experience to share input on their experiences with the Coordinated Entry System.
One session will be hosted in person on Thursday, November 14th from 1pm-3pm at the Chicago Public Library on 1226 W Ainslie St in Uptown. The second session will be hosted virtually on Tuesday, December 10th from 10:30am-12pm on Zoom. Capacity is limited for both sessions, so please wait to receive a registration confirmation email to ensure that you are officially registered.
People with lived experience, housing providers, and other supportive service providers who have recently interacted with the Coordinated Entry System are encouraged to complete this interest form if you would like to attend either session. Please only submit an interest form for ONE of these events, as both sessions will have the same focus.
Compensation will be available for people with lived experience.
