• Discussions: Chicago CoC NOFO current landscape and Recap of P&S Workgroup’s FY24 NOFO decisions/recommendations and its impact;
• Voting items: Does the CoC run a New Project Process for FY25 NOFO; Revising the NOFO Ranking Policies (What needs to be added, deleted, or evolved)
