Resources for Coordinated Entry System Housing and Service Providers

If you are in need of emergency shelter please call 3-1-1.

Housing and service providers that support people experiencing homelessness can find additional information and resources here. If you have a question about the Coordinated Entry System that is not answered here, please email the Coordinated Entry Team at ces@chicagococ.org or leave a voicemail at 872.296.5004.

HOUSING ASSESSMENTS: Anyone sleeping in a shelter, outside, in a vehicle, or any place not meant for human habitation can complete a housing assessment by going to an In Person Access Point or calling the Phone Access Point at 312.971.4178. Please note that this may or may not lead to a housing option and does not solve your immediate housing crisis.
