Updated Coordinated Entry Policy & Prioritization Plan – Opportunities for Feedback

The Coordinated Entry Leadership Team has approved a new Coordinated Entry Policy and an updated Prioritization Plan. The Coordinated Entry Policy includes expectations for programs participating in Chicago’s Coordinated Entry System, while the Prioritization Plan impacts how participants will be prioritized for limited CoC housing resources. As the Coordinated Entry team is working to implement these changes, we are soliciting written feedback from service providers, people with lived experience, and other system partners. Use the buttons below to view the new Coordinated Entry Policy, view the updated Prioritization Plan, and to submit feedback.

The feedback form will remain open through January 31, 2025 to collect feedback.
