In this training, attendees will learn how to use coaching skills to create person-centered individual service plans (ISPs) with participants in supportive housing and other service settings, focusing on different strategies for participants in various stages of the change process.

The training will also cover frequent challenges to creating an ISP and provide strategies for overcoming these barriers.
