The LEI Process aims to review compliance and local priorities, quantify performance of each project, measure effectiveness of projects, and emphasize proactive support to strengthen the CoC. The LEI Committee is tasked with discussing and evaluating the purpose behind the LEI/ITR evaluation tools and providing input on All Chicago’s strategies for developing and implementing the LEI/ITR. All Chicago’s goal is to collaborate with the LEI Committee to gain perspective from direct service workers, program administrators, and people with lived experience.
