- Review Vulnerability Tool Implementation Schedule (attached)
- Determine how we will calculate Vulnerability Score for Survivors currently on waitlist – we can get the score for length of Victimization using Length of Homelessness but how will we get answers to the other questions
- Determine if service providers will be given the option to complete Vulnerability Tool prior to Assessment
