Programs utilizing HUD ESG or CoC funding are required to serve homeless participants as defined in the HEARTH Homeless Definition Final Rule. This training gives an overview of the four main categories of homelessness outlined in the FInal Rule and the criteria for each. This training also reviews case scenarios for each of the four categories of homelessness.
