Grab your lunch and join us in learning about the project that The Boulevard is working on through the Community Transition Investment Grant (CTIG). Their project has focused on strategic planning to include a board retreat, data visualization, a steering committee, and the creation of 5 strategic pillars. 

The CTIG grant is a 1-year grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) administered by All Chicago where funding was allocated to system and agency level capacity building efforts. This grant was issued as a response to the rapidly changing homelessness environment to address demographic changes and to increase overall preparedness.
