The goals of their CTIG project are:

The CTIG grant is a 1-year grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) administered by All Chicago where $1.8M was dedicated to system level capacity building and $3.2M to agency level capacity building efforts. This grant was issued as a response to the rapidly changing homelessness environment to address demographic changes, immigrant/migrant population increases, and to increase overall preparedness.
