The Coordinated Entry Team at All Chicago will host monthly virtual CES Onboarding Sessions for CoC staff and programs who are new to Coordinated Entry, or staff who need a refresher on Coordinated Entry processes. The goal of these onboarding sessions is for staff to understand the key CES processes they need to be successful in their role. These 90-minute sessions will focus on the following topics:
- Overview of CES
- Requesting & Receiving CES Matches
- CES Contact Protocols & Timeliness Monitoring
- Housing Provider & Supporting Provider Roles
- System Integration Team Meetings
- Transfers
These onboarding sessions will create space for staff to ask questions about CES processes and ensure they feel comfortable navigating the system. Please reach out to the Coordinated Entry team with any questions at ces@chicagococ.org.
