All Chicago will hold an info session to share information about potential strategic changes that are being brought to a vote later this month by the CoC Board. On February 18, the Board will vote on whether the CoC should pursue a strategy to maximize points in the anticipated FY26 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Maximizing points can decrease the number of CoC-funded projects that are at risk of being defunded.  A strategy would involve changes to the Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI), including a change related to service provision requirements for CoC funded projects.

During this informational webinar, All Chicago will share information about what can be anticipated about the FY26 NOFO, potential impact of receiving or not receiving points, and the changes that All Chicago will plan to implement if the Board votes to pursue a strategy to maximize NOFO points, including changes to the LEI and a consistent approach for requiring participants to engage in services.
