CoC Board Retreat Follow Up Meeting

The CoC Board held a retreat on Wednesday, February 19th. The draft minutes and meeting materials can be found on the CoC’s website. The goal of the retreat was to review current and upcoming priorities to help set the strategic direction for the CoC this year. The Board asked the Finance Committee to identify options for the CoC to fund increased stipends for lived experience groups, and discussed how to navigate in the current political climate.
The Board will continue their discussion and decision-making at a special meeting as a continuation from the retreat. This meeting will be held on March 4th from 1-3pm. As with all CoC meetings, all are welcome to listen in. Since this is a continuation of the Board Retreat, there will not be an additional public comment session at this meeting.
