Join the Collaborative Applicant Team at All Chicago for an informational virtual meeting for CoC-funded agencies interested in learning more about Transition Grants and the HUD and Chicago CoC process for the FY25 HUD CoC NOFO competition. This session will provide a high-level overview of key requirements, timelines, and considerations for agencies exploring a transition project in the FY25 competition.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in Q&A and thought partnership with other agencies, creating space to discuss project ideas, ask clarifying questions, and identify potential next steps.

The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 and is hosted by the Collaborative Applicant Team at All Chicago.
