The Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) developed the Expedited Housing Initiative (EHI) to minimize the health risks of COVID-19 for people experiencing homelessness. An EHI Accountability Plan was approved by the System Performance and Evaluation Committee (SPEC) in the spring of 2020. The Accountability Plan identified data that would be used to monitor adherence to EHI expectations and verify that projects are taking all possible measures to place participants into permanent and transitional housing. Projects receive data reports to self-monitor their performance and All Chicago conducts systemwide monitoring of the data.

The goal of this webinar is to share data with the community that demonstrates how the whole system is performing on the Accountability Plan metrics. Attendees will learn how to look at the project-level data they receive and understand how their project’s performance compares to the system and expectations. Ideal attendees will be those responsible for monitoring or improving project-level data, such as program managers or agency technical administrators.
