The Intent to Renew (ITR) is the first step in the annual local evaluation process for projects receiving HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in Chicago. All HUD CoC-funded projects seeking to renew grants in the 2024 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) are required to submit an ITR. This training provides an overview of the ITR form and the steps involved with completing the ITR process.
