Resources for Survivors of Domestic & Gender-Based Violence

If you are in need of emergency shelter, please call 3-1-1 or the Illinois Domestic Violence Hotline at 877.863.6338 or 877.863.6339 TTY.

If you have a question about the Coordinated Entry System that is not answered here, please email the Coordinated Entry Team at ces@chicagococ.org or leave a voicemail at 872.296.5004.

HOUSING ASSESSMENTS: Anyone who is in need of housing because they are fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, human trafficking, stalking, or sexual assault can complete a housing assessment by calling the Illinois Domestic Violence Hotline 877.863.6338 (or 877.863.6339 TTY) and ask for a “Coordinated Entry Assessment”. Please note that this may or may not lead to a housing option and does not solve your immediate housing crisis.
