All Chicago is pleased to announce the FY27 Community Transition Investment Grant (CTIG) Capacity Building Grant Request for Applications (RFA). These one-time state-funded grants are intended to strengthen the capacity of organizations responding to the increased and shifting needs of people experiencing homelessness throughout Chicago and Illinois. Applications may request up to $30,000 to support time-limited projects ending by June 30, 2027 that build organizational capacity, enhance program effectiveness, and/or strengthen partnerships to improve the homeless response system’s ability to meet the needs of unhoused people.
