This webinar will delve into the “Returns to Homelessness” (RtH) metric, a crucial tool for Continuum of Care (CoC) members. For projects that complete the Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI), RtH will be part of their performance score beginning this year. In addition, HUD uses this metric as part of its annual evaluation for our CoC’s performance.
