Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Provider Community of Practice Kick-Off

September 30 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

We are excited to announce the launch of the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Provider Community of Practice, hosted by All Chicago in collaboration with the Harvard Government Performance Lab. Mark your calendars for the kick-off event on Monday, September 30, at 2:00 PM CT.

This Community of Practice will bring together PSH providers and agencies for a regular series of meetings focused on enhancing knowledge and practices related to Coordinated Entry system performance. Participants will dive into data-driven decision-making, explore special topics affecting Coordinated Entry processes, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.

Key features of the group include:

  • Opportunities to share challenges and best practices to boost housing referral success.
  • A platform for providing feedback to the Coordinated Entry team.
  • Discussions on reducing barriers to housing, navigating CHA braided funding, and other relevant topics designed by the participants.

Meetings will be held virtually once a month for 90 minutes.
