Housing Resource Specialists CHA Waitlist Training

The Coordinated Entry team, in partnership with The Chicago Housing Authority, will host a training on the CHA Housing Waitlist on Tuesday, June 25 10am-11am. This training will cover how to navigate the waitlist portal, how to update an application, and how to check the status of an application. This training is geared towards Housing Resource Specialist and will count towards the two minimum training requirements for an HRS for the year.
