System Front Door Line of Action Re-Launch

The CoC is re-launching the System Front Door Line of Action with a Leadership Team Meeting on Monday, October 30, from 2:00 – 3:30 PM. Lines of Action are the CoC’s strategic priority areas, and each has a Leadership Team that helps guide the strategic work within each area. The System Front Door Line of Action will be managed by Jeremy Nichols, DFSS Project Manager, and Nikki Grigalunas, All Chicago Director of Homeless System Coordination. It will house a new initiative called the Unsheltered Homelessness Initiative (UHI), which utilizes the new Special NOFO funding focused on people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. The Line of Action will also work on other areas related to the system front door, such as streamlining workflows and optimizing program models.
