This year, we will implement an additional assistance resource. The purpose of office hours is to provide accessible and ongoing live support to partner agencies during the ITR process. This will aim to streamline assistance and communication by creating a space solely dedicated to ITR help. Sessions will be driven by agency questions and concerns.

When: Every Tuesday starting February 20 until March 19, from 10:00 – 10:30 AM
