The Fundraising Accelerator Boot Camp course is a full-day fundraising workshop
• Is a unique training program designed to develop your leadership team into a cohesive fundraising unit?
• Uses a highly customizable and interactive format based around six key principles that your organization will learn to identify, cultivate, and steward your top opportunities.
• Encourages each member of your team to understand their role in the development and what they can do to set themselves and the organization up for success.

Pre-work: When you register for the course, you will receive a pre-work assignment that uses your organization’s data and donors.

• All pre-work must be completed and uploaded before the training.
• The pre-work will be sent to your organization on Monday, September 16, at noon.
• All pre-work is due on Friday, October 4th submitted to Torelen Winbush-

Who Should Attend:
• Executive Director or CEO – Senior leadership, must drive the fundraising conversation.
• Development Manager or Staff – Any staff member, currently working on fundraising. This could also include a program officer or someone involved with programs.
• High Performers – Engage your high performers through professional development that will be incredibly meaningful if they ever want to run a nonprofit in the future.
• Board Members or Volunteers: Deepen relationships with Board members and volunteers, and introduce the role they play in raising funds and the impact they will have.

Trainer: Carolyn Nopar, MBA, CFRE, with over 25 years of nonprofit and corporate experience will host this event. She served as Chief Development Officer for the YWCA Metro Chicago and as Director of Development & Communications for Family Focus, where she was responsible for raising millions and managing a small team. She has extensive experience in corporate & foundation relations, annual fund, special events, donor communications, and major gifts. Her specialty is working with smaller nonprofits to build sustainable development programs.
