The CoC Implementation Structure brings together CoC Lead Agencies, Lines of Action Project Managers and Leadership Team Members, CoC Board Members, People with Lived Experience and Affinity Group Leaders together on a quarterly basis to discuss progress toward system goals, and opportunities on the horizon.
