The CoC Implementation Structure is our CoC’s way of organizing our CoC’s collective work around preventing and ending homelessness. Collaboration throughout the CoC Implementation Structure (CoC IS) requires a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and the decision making process. To help us create this shared understanding, All Chicago is holding a series of three Community Conversations around these items.

During this meeting you will help us develop expectations for meetings and operations like attendance, note taking, and facilitation.
