The CoC Board of Directors is a group of key stakeholders (city officials, service providers, people with lived experience and community partners) that meets every other month to discuss important issues that impact those experiencing homelessness and help to both vote on and strategize on solutions as quickly as possible.

CoC Board System Operations and Performance Committee

The CoC Board System Operations and Performance Committee (SOPC) is tasked with oversight of the Collaborative Applicant through the establishment of a Collaborative Applicant Subcommittee; drafting and submitting for approval by the Board of Lead Agency Memorandums of Understanding (Collaborative Applicant, HMIS, Coordinated Entry System), evaluation of Lead Agencies, and the system data review.
