The Communications Line of Work is responsible for managing the internal and external communications of Chicago’s homeless response system in a comprehensive and responsive manner. This involves serving as the system communications strategist, creating regular communications and updates, coordinating media relations, and managing system-wide advocacy priorities.

Workgroups and Committees
The Communications Committee serves to guide the communications strategy in a way that best serves the Continuum of Care. The committee gives feedback and shares ideas with the Communications Project Manager while bringing updates and resources back to their organizations.
Who Should Join: Communications and marketing professionals who are interested in improving communications and marketing within the CoC.
