The EHI Accountability Plan identifies four data points to monitor projects’ adherence to EHI expectations and to verify all possible measures are used to place participants into permanent and transitional housing. All Chicago monitors the data on a system wide level and releases quarterly reports on performance within each metric while identifying opportunities to explore underperformance and offer technical assistance.
All Chicago has paused publishing the quarterly system wide accountability plan reports until further notice. Agency-specific reports with these metrics are emailed on a regular schedule to ATA’s. We encourage all agencies to use these to track program performance related to these metrics.
